The O’Waken Foundation offers Senseful Living Educational Programs, Curriculums and Experiential Workshops and Retreats
Senseful Living is the Deconstruction of Mindfulness and is Practiced by being consciously engaged in and aroused by the Five Senses of Sight, Smell, Hearing, Taste and Touch.
O'Wakening is a play on the word, awakening. O'Wakening is an experience of coming Full Circle, back to your own Intuition, Inner Wisdom and Peace.
The O represents the eternal nature of the cycles of life and death within ourselves. It is the totality of self and the connection with others. The circle also signifies wholeness, harmony and unity.

The O'Waken Foundation is home to the Online Conservatory of O'Wakening, offering age specific courses and programs that are grounded in Science and Spirituality.
The time has come on our planet to understand the Human Unalienable right to healthy, sacred, sexual pleasure on Our Own Terms and In Our Own Way.
Online Curriculums are designed to facilitate Personal Freedom through Education and Focus on the Senses. Serving Early Childhood K-12, Pre and Post Graduate, Young and Mature Adults, Couples and Families.

A DEEPER MEANING
Kristy LaMariana is the muse behind the O'Waken Foundation. With a M.S. in Art Psychotherapy, Kristy's enlightened approach to life, death, business and therapy provides comfort, compassion and wisdom to everyone who crosses her path. Kristy has owned and operated a multimillion dollar business. She has worked in settings ranging from family therapy to hospice and led large groups in empowerment, transformation, corporate/private firewalks and other advanced education classes. She is a long time Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Interfaith Minister. Kristy's passions are now deeply focused on nurturing The O'Waken Foundation's vision and launching its sister business, O'flo.
